Vector Art is the best!
Vector art does not have pixelated edges and will not blur when expanded. Each object in vector file can be selected and individually manipulated independently from the rest of the image. Adobe Illustrator is the program used for all vector art. Screen Print utilizes vector art. Common file extensions are: .ai, .eps, .pdf and .svg.
Bitmap or flattened images can work!
If you do not have vector art, please submit your images in the highest resolution possible. An image resolution of 300 is preferred. Clean, high res images help ensure your prints or embroidery comes out great! Only digital prints and embroidery can work with bitmap. If you're needing screen print done, the design will have to redone. Bitmap work is usually created in Adobe Photoshop. Common file extensions are: .psd, .tif, .jpg, .gif and .png.
